Our Travel Innovation Group Training Academy is the beating heart of our colleague experience. This department operates between the hours of 08:00 and 19:00, Monday to Friday. The breakdown of your normal hours will be in agreement with your manager.
The role:
As we build the team, we are looking for individuals who welcome the opportunity to shape L&D at Travel Innovation Group. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic L&D professional to manage our internal LMS and create and maintain internal process documentation.
Tasks & responsibilities include:
Management of Learning Management System
- Course creation using text, video & graphical content
- Course curation utilising third party digital content to deliver an impactful learning experience
- Work with company trainers to ensure LMS content complements face to face training and delivers against learning outcomes
Creation and curation of internal Knowledge Base
- Create an internal Knowledge Base for key processes
- Help to shape and work within defined systems, processes, templates and writing style
- Responsible for Knowledge Base reputation ensuring it is synonymous with useful in the moment advice and reduces dependency on colleagues and team leads to provide direction
Across both systems:
- Identify content gaps and work with SMEs to ensure content is accurate and up to date
- Work closely with tech teams to co-ordinate content updates as part of system releases
- Ensure new products and services are supported by strong digital training content pre-launch
- Use learner feedback to improve content
- Support the business to maximise engagement
- Continually explore new opportunities to further enhance our digital training offering
The successful candidate will have:
- A good understanding of LMS systems
- Experience using authoring tools such as Articulate 360 (Studio and Rise)
- A minimum of 2-3 years working in an L&D team developing e-learning resources
- Strong attentional to detail
- Ability to challenge stakeholders to ensure content of a high quality and meets business needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
