Bronwen Perkins
My team manages all Flights business across Lime and Aviate, including Virgin Atlantic Flightstore, from bookings to operations and aftercare. We work with our partners to deliver legendary service.
Fun fact: After working in the travel industry for 11 years, I've been lucky enough to travel to some amazing countries including the Seychelles!

Emily Ord
I oversee the Reservations and Operations Flights departments, including handling telephone calls and relationship building with partners and airlines. From family holidays to studying aviation, my passion for travel has grown due to working with like-minded people.
Fun fact: I've visited the beginning and end of Route 66 without having travelled it, purchasing a packet of Maltesers at both points.

Erin Hamer
I currently manage the Flights Reservations team who handle creating new bookings, service all pre and post-ticket schedule changes and deal with a high volume of booking enquiries. I've always wanted to work in travel and after finishing my Travel & Tourism degree at Chester University, the Travel Innovation Group looked like the perfect place to start!
Fun fact: In 2019, I backpacked around Italy for 21 days and managed to visit 10 different destinations!

Chantelle Roberts
My Aftercare team is responsible for ticketing all system and GDS bookings, plus distributing policy information and liaising with our accounts team to ensure refunds are sent in a timely manner.
Fun fact: I've had the travel bug my whole life and can't think of an industry better suited to me - I actually used to be based in Cyprus as a resort rep for Thomas Cook.

Samantha Woodcock
My team works directly with our partners to hold, ticket and amend flight bookings and uphold legendary service throughout the booking journey. My parents encouraged by passion for travel and the most rewarding aspect of the role is helping our partners to secure the ideal flights for their passenger's dream trip!
Fun fact: My dream was to be an astronaut until, at age 16, I went on a space simulator and realised very quickly that I didn't agree with g-force.

Francina Hanna
When I was younger, I wanted to be an air hostess. Since then, I've worked in an airport and joined the Travel Innovation Group's Flights team where I've loved working ever since. No day is ever the same and it's really rewarding getting to talk to so many different people on a daily basis.
Fun fact: I have an identical twin sister!

Louise Flattery
I decided to work in travel because I love meeting new people and giving others the opportunity to explore the world! Working in the Flights Reservations team, I get to fulfil both of those things.
Fun fact: I initially trained as cabin crew but chose to work as a check-in services agent at Manchester Airport instead!

Becky O'Brien
I'm having an absolute ball working in the Flights Reservations team as I love feeling like I've been able to assist our partners and hearing their appreciation. Travel is all I've wanted to do - my degree is in Travel and Tourism Management and before joining the Travel Innovation Group, I also worked as cabin crew!
Fun fact: I'm hoping to travel around Asia in early 2022 and meet my brother who I haven't seen in over two years!

Stefan Wodnik-Beetles
After studying Travel & Tourism, I've loved working in the industry - particularly being able to use the fares we offer to see the world! I work in the Travel Innovation Group's Flights Reservations team and offer support on other British Airways specialist services.
Fun fact: I have a slight caffeine addiction, as all my colleagues know!

Catrice Roberts
I've always wanted to travel whenever possible so I'm thrilled to be working in the Flights Operations team. Helping our partners with their passengers flights is really satisfying as our team is focused on providing the best customer service for the Travel Innovation Group.
Fun fact: I absolutely love Disney!

Olivia Ord
I work in the Flights Reservations team, helping to create bookings, enter service requests, action pre-amendments and giving advice on current airline policies. While travel is different to my performing arts background, I love being able to make someone's dream holiday a reality!
Fun fact: My background is in performing arts so I love watching and performing in musicals.

Samantha Fletcher
Working in the Flights Operations team, I liaise with partners and airlines to ensure all bookings run smoothly. I've worked in travel since I was 22 and you know what they say - when you do a job you love, it doesn't feel like a job. No day is ever the same in the industry - especially over the last 18 months - but it keeps you on your toes and shows how adaptable you can be.
Fun fact: I'm a massive cricket fan!

Keira Ridler
My role in the Flights Operations team involves everything from ticketing to refunds. As well as servicing bookings, I find the most rewarding parts of the job are helping others travel the world and learning new destination and airline information.
Fun fact: I love singing - as my colleagues may have noticed between calls!

Jessica Peacock
I was actually introduced to the Travel Innovation Group through a family friend! After spending the last few years in the Flights team, specialising in ticketing and refunds, I find it incredibly rewarding providing excellent service to those who need assistance with their bookings.
Fun fact: My household is expanding quickly - I have a young son and another baby on the way!

Leanne Marshall
My main priority is ensuring the Groups team are delivering an efficient and professional service to our partners by helping prioritise daily workloads and streamlining internal processes. I've always had a passion for travel - I remember going on holiday as a child and being fascinated by the cabin crew doing their safety demonstrations.
Fun fact: When I worked at Liverpool Airport, I was featured on the programme Airline!

Jennifer Maguire
I look after our Groups Reservations team, helping to manage workloads and supporting team members. I've always enjoyed holidays and knew I wanted to work in travel from a young age. During school, I did my work experience in a travel agent which confirmed this is the industry for me - even if my hands were black from unpacking and stocking up so many brochures!
Fun fact: In my 20s, I spent four years living in different parts of Spain and Portugal as a holiday rep.

Samantha Hanmer
By supporting the Groups Operations team and managing our daily workload, I ensure we're consistently delivering legendary service. Working in travel runs in my family: my mum used to work for British Airways at London Heathrow and always told me about her experiences when I was younger.
Fun fact: When I'm not working, I'm exploring the UK with my boyfriend in our self-build campervan - our latest trip was to the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Silverstone!

Kim Shearer
I deal with group bookings from initial quote right through to departure, from small groups of 10 passengers to huge events of 1,000+. This means we'll do everything possible to make our partners journey as straightforward as possible.
Fun fact: I've worked in the travel industry for 23 years, starting off as an apprentice in a high street store before moving to the airline sector.

Kendal Tacu
I've worked in the travel industry all my life. Since working in my parents B&B in North Wales, I spent 16 years working for Thomson/Tui overseas before joining the Travel Innovation Group's Groups department. The most rewarding part is solving operational problems to take the pressure off our partners.
Fun fact: In 2019, I volunteered at the Netball World Cup in Liverpool and hopefully will be doing the same in the Birmingham Commonwealth Games in 2022!

Lucy Gill
My role covers a range of Groups services including providing quotes, amending bookings, handling payments and ticketing bookings. Of course, throughout all of these things, my key focus is providing exceptional customer service to our partners.
Fun fact: From a very young age, I enjoyed travelling from new places including Alaska and Spain. One of my most memorable travel experiences was travelling solo to Thailand, Bali and Australia where I went skydiving!
