The role:

We are looking for Principal SQA (Automation) Engineer with minimum of four years of software industry experience. You will work closely with agile teams to help them to achieve the quality, testability of a feature or bug they have worked on and implement best practices.

Responsibilities include:

  • Experience working with an Agile/Scrum development process.
  • Define test plans for the features based on the user stories.
  • Validate Features/User Stories against agreed acceptance criteria.
  • Assure that the developed features have met quality standards.
  • Analysing system features and functionality and determining the best approach and techniques to test (black box, white box, stress/load, data integrity, security, automation).
  • Create a library of test cases that can be used for future testing.
  • Work closely with the Development Team to Analyse, Debug and resolve any issues.
  • Participate in daily scrum and sprint planning session.
  • Participate in User story estimations.
  • Experience in any Automation testing tool.
  • Understanding of all testing strategies.
  • Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.

We think you’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • 4+ years of experience in automation testing. [(i.e) with automation testing tools like Selenium and Cypress].
  • Must have experience with C# language specifically.
  • Should have proven experience in Unit-Testing / Integration Testing / End-to-End (e2e) Testing / Regression Testing / Smoke Testing.
  • Nice to have experience working with Azure DevOps test suite.
