We’re the foundation brand bringing together our three companies, Lime, Calrom & Aviate, all with unique services to the travel trade. This position is working under Aviate, who were founded in 2009 with the purpose of offering the best flight content to tour operators. They now encompass multiple brands with a broad offering, all with their customers in mind.

The Partnership Executive will be working exclusively on one of Aviate’s products, Virgin Atlantic Flightstore, who act as an extension of Virgin Atlantic Airways Ltd as the preferred distribution method to the trade. We are the experts on the global destinations that Virgin Atlantic, and their airline partners, offer. Tasks & responsibilities include:

  • Strategically manage of client relationships, ensuring that we remain their main flights provider of choice
  • Develop trusted relationships with a portfolio of key customers to ensure competitive advantage, after developing a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Supporting the growth of Virgin Atlantic Flightstore’s products, including international sales and Out of Date Range
  • Attendance at client visits, airline meetings, events and FAM trips as necessary
  • Proactively maximise sales and manage market share from within your portfolio by identifying any business that the group isn’t getting.
  • Understand the company strategy and your own targets, translating this into your portfolio to achieve the overall sales objectives
  • Be able to explain our brand story and ethos to sell our products and services along with any new product developments (internal and externally derived)
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records on clients and sales activities within our CRM system
  • Provide accurate and timely updates to key stakeholders on portfolio performance
  • Work closely with internal departments ensuring the knowledge on your portfolio is shared including delivery of training on accounts where appropriate
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to your portfolio

  • Hold previous experience in an Account Management role and working in a client-facing environment, managing relationships at all key levels within a business
  • Passionate about results and getting things done.
  • Great organisational skills and a proactive approach to work
  • Are commercially astute with a strong customer service ethic.
  • Are flexible with regards to travel and working patterns as and when required to support the team and business needs (may involve overseas travel)
  • Aim to ‘self-learn/develop’ skills and understanding of industry practices.
