A highly passionate bunch, our Data Analytics & AI team bring our unique software solutions to life. Believing in self-service business intelligence concepts , they are empowering business managers and data analysts to perform their bespoke analysis using the power of modern BI tools. They are also providing support to development teams, actively managing 24X7 OLTP database clusters on multiple geo- location. To keep the analysis more robust and meaningful, team is building data warehouses on regular intervals and making periodic data marts specific to the end user needs to provide a complete picture of the business at any point in time.

The role:

  • 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in a similar job role, preferably in a fast-paced, data driven environment, delivering value quickly and interactively.
  • Hands-on experience using Microsoft BI Stack especially Fabric Power BI plus DAX, pbit and SSRS
  • Hands-on experience of BI Concepts including ETL Pipelines, designing warehousing, marts, deploy and maintain solutions in different environment and providing business analysis that adds value
  • Strong SQL + Python skills
  • Experience with Azure (Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse Analytics)
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps CI/CD for ETL deployments
  • Familiarity with BI tools (ideally BI thread) and data governance
  • Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines (SQL, Python, Databricks, etc.) for BI/data warehousing needs
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and integrity across the BI thread
  • Integrate data from multiple sources (APIs, databases, cloud storage)
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for automated testing and deployment of ETL processes
  • Support BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) with clean, structured datasets
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and implement BI requirements

We think you’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience of data technologies, especially in the Microsoft stack, with a great grasp of SQL and/or Python (Flask/Vue JS).
  • Experience of using Azure services including Azure SQL Database, Data Factory, DevOps, Power BI, ML Studio, Databricks, stream analytics, Terraform
  • Experience of good SDLC practices:  source control (git), CI/CD, test and release processes
  • Any experience using any of the following would also be a bonus in our environment:  Dynamics CRM, Rabbit MQ, Hubspot, C# .NET development or legacy Microsoft data technologies (SSIS, SSRS)
