This role is part of Calrom’s busy Project Management team. We’re a driven and motivated team with the ultimate goal of delivering products that are fit for purpose. We do this by providing frameworks, standardised processes, and assistance to all stakeholders across the business, with a cohesive approach that helps our projects move forward with ease!

Tasks & responsibilities include:

  • Managing the delivery of complex software solutions.
  • Collaborating with the wider management team, project managers, business analysts, subject matter experts, system and solution architects, and other functional work-stream leads to create robust project plans.
  • Communicating and collaborating with external and internal. stakeholders to review progress, revise scope, schedule, or budget, resolve issues, and mitigate risk.
  • Managing and monitoring the project implementation activities using relevant processes and tools.
  • Identifying, tracking, and controlling changes throughout the project
  • Tracking and reporting on progress to both internal and external stakeholders as per agreed project plans.
  • Collaborating and providing input to the commercial team to RFP’s and RFI’s when needed.
  • Ability and flexibility to travel, on occasion, to customer sites.
  • Working knowledge of other languages.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A technical background, to enable you to understand the demanding technical & business environment within which our systems operate.
  • Experience of industry-standard Agile project management processes.
  • Experience of project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
  • Inquisitive mind.
  • A desire for continuous learning.
